If you seek a refund for any object you buy please notify me by message no later than 7 days after the delivery date so I have time to fix the issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the item will have to be returned in order to receive a refund in the case of the unhappiness due to design. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on custom personalized items - please message me if you're unhappy and I'll work with you to fix the issue.
